Assisting Young Ones in Need
At AMC Services, Inc., one of our top priorities is ensuring that the children in our community have a better future. We have worked with the Children’s Advocacy Center for Denton County for five years and counting, helping out in various ways such as:
- Donating funds to support their mission of providing social services and advocacy for victims of abuse
- Giving and delivering snacks and lunches every month for their case study meetings
- Helping families in need move to their new homes
We also partnered with Toys for Tots in 2018 to provide children with holiday packages filled with toys. Many of our crew volunteered their free time to assemble the boxes and add a personal touch to every gift.
No One in Our Community Should Ever Go Hungry
It’s easy to take food for granted, but many who struggle to make ends meet don’t enjoy the same privilege.
To express our commitment to eliminating food insecurity, AMC Services, Inc. ran a food drive with the Denton Community Food Center in 2022. From this, we raised 258 pounds of supplies and $170 to provide meals to individuals across the DFW metroplex.
Our office staff has visited the food center multiple times to sort items, pack boxes for pickup, and stock the warehouse. Community involvement is a significant priority, and we will continue to lend our time and resources as much as possible.
Everyone Deserves Year-Round Indoor Comfort
The Greater Denton Area can have fairly hot summers and chilly winter nights. That’s why having a reliable HVAC system is not just a convenience but a necessity.
Our AMC Services, Inc. team understands this all too well, so we have donated and installed Trane AC and heating equipment for various families over the years. We always seek out new outlets to lend our expertise and serve those in need.
